SHIPPING TIME
Once your order is processed, which takes between 5 and 7 business days as we are a small team, delivery times vary depending on your location. For example, in Canada, customers in Quebec and Ontario will receive their order in 5 to 7 business days, while those in the rest of Canada can expect delivery in 7 to 10 business days. In the United States, the delivery time is 10 to 12 business days, and for the rest of the world, between 15 and 25 business days.
INCORRECT SIZE
If the product you ordered is the wrong size, you must return it for a free exchange within 30 days of purchase. We have an automated process that allows you to easily create your return label and order the replacement size.
Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags and documentation. Any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
BACK
If you've changed your mind or the product isn't what you expected, we've implemented an automated process that allows you to easily create your return label to receive your refund. Please note that for returns without an exchange, there is a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price to cover shipping and handling costs.
